Visitor guide

How to enjoy a perfect day in the park

Be happy in bad weather

Don't worry about the weather. The park features plenty of shelter from the wind and rain, or even from the sun.  But we can't guarantee that your kids won't go wild with puddle-jumping so remember to pack rubber boots and rain gear.

Dress for outdoor play

We have no dress code in WOW PARK, but we recommened that visitors are ready to climb and crawl by wearing comfortable clothes fit for physical action.  Long pants are helpful when crawling around on the ground or sliding down chutes.  Rain gear is also a good idea when the weather report forecasts a wet day ahead.

Dogs are also welcome

The family's best friend is also very welcome in the park, but please remember a leash and pick-up baggies.

Free and easy parking

Drive right up to the park entrance and leave your car in the lot, free of charge all day long. You are also welcome to leave items in your car for later use because re-entry to the park is also free and easy.

Picnic or food court?

Pack a picnic lunch and blanket from home or grill your own grub at the grill and campfire area. (At Season 2020, we do not currently grant access to barbecue loans due to the COVID-19 situation). You're also welcome to purchase tasty, healthy food at our kid-friendly food court (Billund) or forest cafe (Skjern). WOW PARK Billund

Set aside the whole day

You can easily set aside the entire day at WOW PARK.  There are activities for all ages and plenty of room to play, explore or just hang out.

Share the load, bring a wagon

Save your energy for the slides and swings by bringing along a wagon from home to carry your supplies for the day. You can also rent a wagon in WOW PARK Billund. However, we only have a limited number available.

Once inside the park, all activities are free

Bring along food and supplies for the entire day because there's so much to explore.  Many families purchase an annual pass and use the park as their own backyard retreat, saving money with each visit.

For folks with disabilities

If you wish to have a companion with you in the park, you are welcome to present identification upon entrance to receive free entry for your attendant. The parks are also acessible by wheelchair, including use of the parking and toilet areas, of course.
